This project has been spearheaded by Bernard Zell alumna Naomi Herman, and facilitated by Twist Out Cancer’s art therapist, Jacqueline Carmody. We will be creating individual hexagon tiles to be added to a final artwork that will live in the hallway of the school. The size of final artwork and the number of hexagon tiles completed will depend on the group size participating. Please help us reach our goal of 500 tiles!
If you are unable to join us on January 29th, you may still contribute by picking up your tile or coordinating a pickup with a local friend. Directions on how to complete will be provided upon request. We hope to have the final artwork completed by early 2026!
Who: Bernard Zell students, alum, teachers, staff, community members, friends, and family! This is a community project, and we welcome anyone who wishes to contribute to join us!
Time: 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Cost: $50 per hexagon tile, or $75 for 2 hexagon tiles. Can't attend? Donations are welcome!
