Twist Out Cancer x UI Health Twistshop

Come join Twist Out Cancer and UI Health as we explore the concept of Hygge towards well -being and combating stress. Hygge is the Danish principle of coziness that creates feelings of contentment and good well-being. We will use art materials and processes and Hygge principles to create art that brings us joy, peace, and comfort. No art experience necessary, just an interest in using art materials for expression, growth, and opportunities to connect with others.
